📦 Shipping Overview
All orders have a processing time of 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Canadian holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when applicable.
For Canadian orders, please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.

🇨🇦 Canada (Tracked Shipping)
- Orders under CA$65 → CA$10 flat shipping (4-16 business days)
- Orders CA$65+ → FREE Tracked Shipping (4-16 business days)
- Minimum order: CA$10
🇺🇸 United States (Tracked Shipping)
- Orders under US$60 → US$9 flat shipping (5-12 business days)
- Orders US$60+ → FREE Tracked Shipping (5-12 business days)
- All US import duties and tariffs are covered by us — customers do not pay additional fees.
🌍 International (Standard Shipping)
- Orders under US$100 (≈ CA$135) → US$15 Standard International Shipping (7-14 business days)
- Orders US$100+ → FREE Standard International Shipping (7-14 business days)
- No minimum order — ships to all approved international destinations.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (outside of Canada and the USA) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are paid upon delivery or when the package is processed by local customs.
O'CoaLash has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes in your country before placing your order.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, O'CoaLash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit, including those marked as delivered. Risk of loss and title for all products transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
In the event of a lost or stolen package:
- The customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- O'CoaLash will provide tracking information and assistance when available.
- We are not able to refund or replace orders that have been confirmed delivered.
We strongly recommend providing an accurate shipping address and a secure delivery location.
↩️ Orders Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For unclaimed packages: the customer has 14 days from the carrier's return notice to request reshipment. After that period, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
📍 Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping information is correct at the time of order placement. We are unable to make changes to addresses once the order has been processed by our fulfillment team.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@ocoalash.com with your order number. We will do our best to update the information if the order has not yet shipped, but cannot guarantee changes.
⏰ Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs procedures, import regulations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of O'CoaLash. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance, which can vary significantly by country.
📲 Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (when available for your chosen shipping method).
⚠️ Important: Standard International Shipping may have limited or no real-time tracking due to international postal system constraints. If you require full tracking and faster delivery, please contact us for a custom quote with an expedited carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
