If you’re not completely happy with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days at info@ocoalash.com and our team will work out the best solution for you — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a short description. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product — and if so, we’ll cover the shipping.

Return Shipping (if applicable)
If a return is required, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply pack the product, drop it off at the designated location, and once we receive it, your replacement or refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
