Not happy with your first order? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — with an exchange, store credit or a refund.

30-day returns on unopened items

Changed your mind? You can return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

  • Email us at info@ocoalash.com with your order number to start your return. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a short description. Once approved:

  • We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
  • If we need the item back, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
