Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (applies to all customers)
We want you to love O’CoaLash. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@ocoalash.com. We’ll make it right with tips/support, a replacement, store credit, or a refund where eligible (see “Hygiene & eligibility”).
How this works by purchase history
- First purchase: if you’re not satisfied—even if the item was opened/used—we can offer a refund, exchange, or store credit (your choice).
- Returning customers: the 30-day guarantee still applies; the usual remedy is an exchange or store credit. If the item is unopened/unused (original packaging), you may request a refund to the original payment method.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Please contact us within 5 days with photos and a brief description. Once approved:
- We’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
- If we request a return, we’ll send a prepaid return label (download & print).
If a return is required (prepaid label)
- We email the prepaid label and instructions.
- Please ship within 7 days of receiving the label.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we process the agreed remedy (refund/credit/replacement) within 3–7 business days.
Hygiene & eligibility
Due to hygiene regulations, opened adhesives, used lash clusters, and partially used products are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Such cases are handled under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee with an exchange or store credit.
Unopened/unused items (in original packaging) are eligible for a refund within 30 days.
Exclusions
Final-sale items are not returnable.
